How we use your phone number

Ritz Design Build — the trading name of Budge-It Home Remodeling, Inc., which is the name shown on our consent checkboxes — sends text messages only to people who gave us their mobile number on this website and separately agreed to be contacted by text. There are two places that happens: the optional consent boxes on the last step of our project questionnaire, and the chat. In both, consent for updates about your own enquiry and consent for promotional messages are asked for separately, and no box is ever pre-ticked. Nowhere else on this site do we collect a mobile number, and we never text a number we obtained anywhere else.

Texts are about your own enquiry — confirming we received it, scheduling or reminding you about a consultation, and answering your questions.
